Upon completion in 2015, 432 Park will be the tallest residential tower in New York City, standing at approx. 1,398 feet tall. The tower will occupy space formerly held by the Drake Hotel. According to the Wall Street Journal, over a third of the 126 units available have already been spoken for. Much of the demand is coming from overseas, so don’t wait New Yorker’s this one will go fast!
2. The Halcyon
If 432 Park is a little out of reach, the Halcyon is equally luxurious with less cost. Featuring 123 units ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms, the Halcyon will stand at 305 East 51st street. The building is designed to promote “an oasis in the middle of midtown,” complete with fitness center, pool, spa and rooftop lounge.
3. 3 Hudson Boulevard- Sky Club
Unfortunately, not ready until approx. 2016 or 2017, 3 Hudson Boulevard plans to render astonishing views of the Hudson. The future building, planned for 11th avenue between 34th and 35th streets, will contain full service amenities including a two-floor “sky club.” The Sky Club will include a swimming pool, terraces, meeting and banquet rooms, in addition to lounge, dinning, and drinking options.
4. 56 Leonard
Last, but not least, coming soon to TriBeCa is 56 Leonard. This 60-story residential tower features 140 unique condominiums each with their own private outdoor space. The building’s unique exterior makes it hard to miss from the outside, while on the inside we cannot forget to mention all its amenities such as lap pool, sundeck, and screening room.
